'I've been taking classes with Katie regularly since February and I can't believe the impact its had on me. I've practised yoga before, but had never found a class or more importantly an instructor who could impact such a sense of calm, while at the same time making you want to constantly strive for more. Katie's classes are such a fun, challenging and relaxing place to be. The mental issues I struggle with are quieted during class and learning to concentrate and how to breathe helps me to deal with my fear and anxiety in normal life. I had a bit of a personal upset in the spring and I know that without Katie's classes I would have completely crumbled. I feel strong, mentally and physically and this just keeps getting better with each class. Yes its hard, but you want to work hard, that's the atmosphere that Katie creates. Classes can be serious and structured or hilarious and downright ridiculous but are always full of comradery, with no feelings of competition between each other, just with yourself.
